Closing the Gap: 2012 Skills Survey of North Carolina Employers is released

On January 17, 2012 - the Competitive Workforce Alliance, in conjuction with the Workforce Development Boards throughout North Carolina, released Closing the Gap: 2012 Skills Survey of North Carolina Employers.  This in-depth and comprehensive report looks at what employers are seeking in employees and where skill gaps exist.  The video of the news conference is below.  Links to the report and appendices are below the video.
